This Policy explains what personal data Protremix Technology Limited processes when you visit grovim.io or write to us. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

1. Who is responsible

1.1The controller is Protremix Technology Limited, business licence no. 07011554 issued by the Innovation City Authority, Government of Ras Al Khaimah, Office A, Innovation City Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (we). 1.2We handle personal data under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This Policy is written with reference to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We hold no data-protection certification and this Policy does not claim that any authority or auditor has confirmed compliance with a law or standard.

1.3This Policy covers the website at grovim.io only. It does not cover the GROVIM software, which processes no data on our behalf when you run it yourself, or any deployment governed by a separate agreement.

2. What we process

2.1The website has no accounts, no forms that submit data to us and no advertising.

3. What the website does not do

3.1The website sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. It loads no analytics, advertising, social-media or fingerprinting script. We do not sell or share visitor data.

3.2The simulator runs entirely in your browser. What you do in it is not sent to us.

4. Third-party resources loaded by your browser

4.1To display the pages your browser downloads web fonts from a third-party font service and an animation library from a public content-delivery network. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of delivering the files, under their own privacy policies. We send them nothing else and receive no data about you from them.

4.2Links on the website, for example to our public source repository, lead to services operated by others under their own policies.

5. Legal basis and recipients

5.1We process server logs because it is necessary to provide the website securely, and email because it is necessary to answer your request.

5.2The website is hosted on a server we rent from a hosting provider in the European Union. Email is handled by our email provider. We disclose personal data to others only where the law or an order of a competent authority requires it.

5.3We are established in the United Arab Emirates and operate the website from the United Arab Emirates and other countries; the logs are therefore stored in, and accessed from, countries other than the one in which you may live.

6. Your rights

6.1Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it or to restrict its processing. Because the website collects so little, there is usually nothing beyond the log entries and any email you sent.

6.2Write to contact@grovim.io. We answer within thirty (30) days. You may also complain to the data-protection authority competent for you; in the United Arab Emirates that is the UAE Data Office.

7. Children

7.1The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes

8.1We may change this Policy by publishing a new version with a new version number and date. The version history below records each change.
